Instructions

Assessors Parcel Number Enter Assessor Number (APN) (10008008A or 100-08-008A), then click search.

Owner Name Enter the last name or part of a name to search for parcels whose owner name matches or partially matches, then click search.

Situs Address Enter the address of the parcel. For instance you could find all parcels on W Sunrise Dr by entering just 'W Sunrise'. Then click search. Parcels that are not built on do not always have situs addresses.

Display Non-Property Data With this option checked, all data will be displayed for the parcel, including such things as school districts, legislative districts, soil data, etc, if available. If unchecked, only parcel data for the parcel will be displayed.

Notes 1. A map may not be available for all parcels. Some parcel data is not available in our gis layers.
2. Parcel splits, combines and other changes may take up to several months to be recorded or available from all local and state sources.
